Garage IQ uses third-party artificial intelligence services (including but not limited to Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate analysis, predictions, recommendations, and conversational responses.

SAFETY-CRITICAL DECISIONS REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION. Never delay safety-critical repairs based on App suggestions. Never operate a vehicle that may be unsafe based on App predictions alone.
You are solely responsible for:
If your vehicle has any indication of mechanical failure, safety issue, recall, or warning, cease use of the vehicle immediately and consult a qualified mechanic regardless of what the App suggests.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GARAGE IQ, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

IN ANY CASE, GARAGE IQ'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR (B) FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($5.00 USD).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Garage IQ offers optional one-time in-app purchases through Apple's App Store:
All purchases are one-time, non-recurring, and non-refundable by Garage IQ. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Pricing is subject to change. Prices in your local currency are determined by Apple based on your App Store region and may include applicable taxes.
Once purchased, premium features are tied to the Apple ID that completed the purchase. You may restore previous purchases on a new device using the same Apple ID.

The App, including all software, design, graphics, logos, text, content, and features, is the exclusive property of Garage IQ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Garage IQ" and the Garage IQ logo are trademarks of Garage IQ. All other trademarks referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners.
You retain ownership of any vehicle data, photos, or content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the App's services to you.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Garage IQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved as follows:
If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the state and federal courts located in the United States.
